Our Services and Your Options

Water Smart provides a first class water cooler service providing everything you need for all your drinking water needs.

Rental Option

With our rental programme, there is a set quarterly or annual cost which will include rental of the water cooler and routine maintenance (twice yearly filter change/sanitisation).

Lease/Rental with a Final Payment to Own

Based on a 36 month contract rental is paid quarterly or annual and at the end of the contract there is an option to make a final payment and then you own the water coolers.  We then can offer a Routine Maintenance Agreement, which we strongly recommend to make sure that your water coolers are in good working order and hygienically maintained.

Purchase Option

Purchase your water coolers from Water Smart and then take out an Annual Routine Maintenance Agreement and we will take care of your Water Cooler Servicing.

Routine Maintenance Only

If you already own your Water Coolers, then, let Water Smart Service them for you.  Taking out an Annual Service Agreement will give you twice yearly filter change/sanitisations, keeping your water Coolers in Excellent Working Order.

All our Service Technicians have been trained to Industry Standard and all hold an Enhanced CRB Disclosure. These can be viewed at your request and all our Service Technicians carry a photographic ID card including CRB disclosure number, ensuring peace of mind for you and maximum safety for your premises.
